Shamus Keohane leads the Site Investigation and Remediation practice, bringing his experience managing all phases of the remedial process to provide best-in-class environmental consulting services. Mr. Keohane specializes in identifying and managing project risks and excels at working collaboratively with clients to restore natural resources and improve legacy sites for beneficial re-use. Mr. Keohane has experience managing all phases of the remedial process, including site characterization, remedial alternative evaluation, remedial construction, human health and ecological risk assessment, and remedial system operation and maintenance. Mr. Keohane has successfully developed and implemented comprehensive site strategies under CERCLA,RCRA, TSCA, and numerous state-specific regulatory programs. Mr. Keohane understands the critical importance of tailoring site strategy to the specific needs of the project and the client. He routinely supports extended project teams including attorneys, cost allocators, and specialty consultants and incorporates the legal, regulatory, and technical drivers to identify and quantify project risks
