Amy Moses specializes in M&A advisory services, and has completed and overseen thousands of buy- and sell-side environmental diligence projects across a broad range of industries and geographies since 2005. She evaluates environmental contamination, regulatory compliance, health and safety matters, corporate legacy liabilities. She represents U.S.-based and international financial advisory and strategic buyers, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions, and develops post-closure action plans and risk mitigation strategies. She is passionate about finding solutions for the specific needs of each project and client. Amy lives in Nashville and enjoys spending time with her son and daughter.
