Senior Vice President

Clare Lunn is a Senior Vice President with more than 20 years of experience in environmental consulting and transaction advisory. She holds Master of Science degrees from Harvard University and Oxford University, and has worked with leading global consulting firms including AECOM and ERM. Most recently, Clare led the EHS and ESG diligence practice at KPMG, where she built and scaled these services across the firm. Clare has delivered transaction advisory services across hundreds of deals and a wide range of industry sectors for private equity and corporate clients. She pairs deep technical expertise with a strategic, value‑focused approach—helping organizations manage risks, identify value opportunities, and make informed business decisions throughout the transaction and ownership cycle. She is passionate about developing talent, building and cultivating high-performing teams, and guiding complex engagements. Clare lives outside Boston and enjoys traveling and camping with her husband and three children, going to comedy shows and concerts, and hiking or biking in the woods with her Golden Retriever, Ollie.
