Joe Ciccotelli is an environmental professional with more than 20 years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and EHS/sustainability advisory services. His expertise includes representing financial investors, strategic buyers, lenders, attorneys, and other transaction stakeholders across a range of sectors, including private equity, energy and power, industrial manufacturing, chemical, oil and gas, food and beverage, and life sciences/pharmaceuticals in both U.S. and international markets. Joe has managed thousands of EHS/ESG due diligence projects and is skilled in evaluating compliance, identifying liabilities, estimating corrective action costs, and helping clients integrate practical ESG strategies. Joe lives outside of Boston and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, being outdoors, grilling, and is a devoted Boston sports fan.
