Timothy Biercz has been an environmental professional since 2002, with extensive experience supporting real estate transactions, redevelopment, and site remediation projects. His expertise includes field sampling and data evaluation; investigation, remediation, and construction management; preparation and evaluation of remedial cost opinions; technical report preparation; and regulatory agency interaction. At Aeterra, he leads Site Investigation & Remediation services by advising clients on complex environmental risks and helping them navigate state and federal regulatory frameworks efficiently and defensibly. He is a certified New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Subsurface Evaluator and certified NJDEP Underground Storage Tank Closure individual. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends at his home at the Jersey Shore and seeing live music.
