Cheryl Horn is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in eight states and has more than 15 years in the environmental consulting industry, formerly working for Conestoga-Rovers and Associates, S&ME, Gaia Tech, and RPS Group. At RPS, Ms. Horn was a Vice President responsible for managing the Engineering and Transactional Compliance group of RPS North America. Ms. Horn specializes in advisory services related to EHS compliance and is passionate about helping both financial sponsors and portfolio manufacturing companies to develop and implement practical, cost effective, and holistic EHS programs that add value and contribute to broader company cultures and values. Areas of expertise include hazardous materials reporting, storm water and wastewater discharge permitting, air emissions permitting, hazardous waste management, spill planning and response, and development of engineering solutions to address potential environmental compliance liabilities. Ms. Horn has a unique understanding of how EHS compliance can be managed throughout the deal cycle and communicated in a way that supports a seamless deal process.
